Diving Makarska by More Sub Makarska PADI Dive Resort uses the PADI System of diving education and offers courses and one day programmes that meet the international PADI standards.
We can proudly say that we are the oldest Dive center in this area, opening our doors in 1995, with the diving experience starting in the early 1972, with the SSI and CMAS instructors, and upgrading to PADI in 2000. From 2009 we have provided our divers with the possibility of accommodation, becoming the only 5 Star PADI Dive Resort in the region.
Our friendly and experienced team of Padi diving Instructors can be flexible with dive course duration and start dates to suit you. We have dive course materials available in English, German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, French, Finnish, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, Croatian, Czech, Russian, Polish.

Two Guided Boat Dives for Certified Divers from Makarska
• Active Certified Open Water Diver licence (or higher level)
• Minimum age: 10 years
• Last dive within one year
• Swimming ability

PADI Open Water Diver
• Prerequisites: Able to swim; medically fit for diving
• Total time commitment: min. 2-3 days
• Minimum age: 10 years or older
• Depth: expect shallow dives (12m/40ft), the maximum allowed depth is 18m/60ft
Scuba Diver course
• 10 years old or older
• Adequate swimming skills
• Good physical health
• No prior experience with scuba diving is required
PADI Advanced Open Water Diver
• Prerequisites: Able to swim; medically fit for diving
• Total time commitment: 2-3 days
• Minimum age: 12 years or older
• Depth: Max dive depth 30m.
Rescue diver course
• Total time commitment: min. 2-3 days
• Minimum age: 12 years or older
• Depth: max 40m
Dive Master course
• Age Requirement: 18 years or older
• Course Prerequisites: Rescue Diver, 40 logged dives, CPR and First Aid certification within 24 months, medical clearance to dive
• Time Commitment: Approximately 50 hours
